“The Technological Technical Institute in Basra Organized a Training Course on the Importance of Determining the Service Life of Buildings and Regular Maintenance”

The course highlighted the concept of building service life and its importance in maintaining structural safety and reducing potential risks, in addition to the role of regular maintenance in extending the lifespan of buildings and improving their functional and economic efficiency.

The training was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Hanadi Abdul-Ridha Latif and Teaching Assistant Alia Ghalib Saleh, who provided detailed scientific explanations supported by practical examples, while discussing modern methods for assessing building conditions and developing effective maintenance plans.
