Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, President of the Southern Technical University, and under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, Dean of Basra Engineering Polytechnic College, the College’s Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Media and Government Communication Division, held a workshop entitled “Digital Transformation Management in Higher Education.”

The workshop was delivered by Eng. Shafaq Qasim Radi and addressed several key topics related to digital transformation in higher education institutions. It also highlighted the importance of leveraging digital technologies to enhance both educational and administrative processes, thereby improving the quality of performance and keeping pace with the latest developments in university education.

The workshop was held as part of the broader direction of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research toward comprehensive digital transformation and the automation of university operations, as well as promoting the use of digital systems and platforms to further develop the educational environment.
