Under the patronage of Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, the Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit and the Media and Government Communication Division, organized a workshop entitled “Workplace Thinking and Strategic Planning.”

The workshop addressed the concepts of strategic planning and the development of ideas within higher education institutions, with the attendance of a number of staff members. It was delivered by Mr. Zaid Abdulkarim Abdulrazzaq and held at the Central Conference Hall of the Institute.

The session highlighted the importance of strategic planning in developing the academic and administrative work environment and its role in achieving institutional objectives and enhancing performance within higher education institutions. It also explored methods for fostering creative thinking and mechanisms for investing skills and capabilities in ways that contribute to improving the quality of education and promoting sustainable development.
