Under the directives of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute, Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, and as part of ongoing efforts to develop academic staff and enhance their scientific competencies, Assistant Lecturer Intisar Yaqoub Youssef from the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Industries Technologies has successfully completed a series of specialized training courses and obtained accredited certificates of completion issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research via the (eduba) platform.

The training courses included the following topics:

• Reputable scientific journals
• How to write research papers from a reviewer’s perspective
• Notes on writing and publishing review papers
• The Bologna Process in Iraqi universities
• Reasons for research paper rejection and how to overcome them

This achievement reflects the institute’s continuous commitment to academic development, strengthening research skills, and keeping pace with scientific advancement in support of its educational mission.
