The Technological Technical Institute in Basra Organizes a Workshop Entitled “Manufacturing of Metallic Alloys”
Under the patronage of Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, the Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Qualification and Employment Unit and the Department of Production Mechanics Technologies, organized a training workshop entitled “Manufacturing of Metallic Alloys.” This initiative reflects the Institute’s ongoing commitment to advancing the practical skills of its students and staff members and equipping them with up-to-date knowledge in the field of engineering industries.
The workshop featured both scientific and practical components, addressing the various types of metallic alloys, manufacturing techniques, material selection mechanisms, and key contemporary industrial applications. It also examined the challenges associated with manufacturing processes and discussed appropriate solutions based on established scientific principles.
The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Makarem Abbas Hassan and Assistant Lecturer Meead Ismail Mohammed. The event witnessed notable engagement from participants through thoughtful questions and academic discussions, which contributed to enriching the learning experience and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the program.
