The Technological Technical Institute in Basra organized the Technological Innovation Competition as part of the activities of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week.
The competition witnessed the participation of a number of students and teams representing various academic departments. Participants demonstrated strong engagement and presented innovative ideas in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and smart solutions aimed at addressing a range of technical and service-related challenges.
The competition activities included formal presentations delivered by each team before a judging panel, followed by in-depth discussions of the technical aspects of their projects and the mechanisms for transforming these ideas into entrepreneurial ventures with future investment potential.
The competition was presented and supervised by Mr. Yousif Mahmoud Salem.
At the conclusion of the event, students from the Department of Production Mechanics Technologies secured first place. The Institute’s Deanship commended the high academic standard demonstrated by the participants and praised the dedicated efforts of both the students and the organizing committees. The Deanship further reaffirmed its continued support for entrepreneurial initiatives and activities that promote a culture of innovation and contribute to preparing a generation capable of meeting the evolving demands of the labor market.
