A delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research visited the Technological Technical Institute in Basra to review the mechanisms for adopting a regular and unified staffing structure and determining the staffing needs of university departments. The delegation included:

The delegation was received by the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, accompanied by Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul-Ridha Nasser Mohsen, Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at Southern Technical University, Dr. Mohammed Hameed, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, and Mr. Ali Hameed Majid, Head of the Administrative Division at the institute.
The visit included discussions on administrative organization procedures and ways to enhance the efficiency of staff allocation in line with the academic requirements of technical institutes.
