A specialized workshop entitled “Professional Presentation and Public Speaking Skills” was held at the Institute of Technology. The session was delivered by Ms. Shafaq Qasim Radi, Head of the Electronic Computing Division at the institute.

During the workshop, Ms. Shafaq addressed key scientific and practical aspects related to communication skills, effective presentation techniques, idea organization, self-confidence building, the use of visual aids, and body language—skills essential for enhancing participants’ academic and professional performance.

The workshop was attended by Dr. Abdulnasser Abduljabbar, Scientific Assistant, and Mr. Murtadha Mohammed Bandar, Administrative and Financial Assistant. The event witnessed notable engagement from faculty members and staff, who actively participated with questions and comments.

Discussions also focused on ways to integrate these skills into lectures, seminars, academic conferences, and student project presentations, reflecting the participants’ strong interest in applying the content to their professional practice.
