Dean of Basra Engineering Polytechnic College Visits Scientific Departments and Meets with Students to Mark the Start of the New Academic Year 2026–2027
During the visit, the Dean met with students and extended his congratulations to them on the commencement of the new academic year, wishing them a successful and distinguished academic year. He emphasized the importance of regular attendance, active participation in lectures, and making the most of the scientific and practical training resources provided by the College.
The Dean also inspected the condition of classrooms, laboratories, and scientific facilities, and listened to students’ observations and needs. He directed that appropriate educational conditions be provided to support the enhancement of academic and scientific performance.
Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary reaffirmed the College administration’s commitment to following up on students’ academic and educational affairs and addressing any challenges they may encounter. He noted that these efforts contribute to a successful academic year and support the College’s mission of preparing qualified technical and engineering professionals capable of meeting the demands of the labour market.
