 In accordance with the directives of the President of the Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, the Dean of Basra Engineering Polytechnic College, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, held an expanded meeting with members of the College’s Institutional Accreditation Committee to follow up on the progress made in meeting the requirements and standards of quality assurance, institutional accreditation, and university performance.

The meeting addressed the measures undertaken by the relevant committees and units and focused on completing the requirements of the institutional accreditation standards in accordance with the instructions and regulations approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. These efforts are intended to enhance the quality of academic and administrative performance and contribute to improving the educational process.

During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts, strengthening coordination among all relevant committees and units, and adhering to the established timelines for completing the accreditation requirements. He highlighted that these efforts would further enhance the College’s standing and support the achievement of quality standards and institutional excellence.
