The Council of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra Holds Its Twelfth Session to Review Administrative and Academic Preparations

The Council of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra held its twelfth session under the chairmanship of the Dean of the Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, with the attendance of the Council members, to discuss a number of important administrative and academic issues included on the meeting agenda, contributing to the development of institutional performance and the enhancement of the quality of services provided.

The Council reviewed the progress of the Ministry’s digital transformation programs, particularly the completion of the requirements for the Student Information System (SIS) and the Human Resources (HR) Management System, in line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s vision for advancing digital transformation and developing an electronic work environment.

The Council also discussed the preparations for the Second-Round Examinations of the 2025–2026 Academic Year, emphasizing the completion of all administrative and technical requirements and the provision of appropriate conditions to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations in accordance with the Ministry’s regulations and instructions.

The Council further reviewed the progress achieved in the Institute’s maintenance plans for its buildings and facilities, stressing the importance of completing and implementing the maintenance works according to the established schedules in order to provide a suitable and safe educational environment for the Institute’s students and staff.
