Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the Information and Communication Technology Division, in collaboration with the Department of Mechanical Technologies and the Media and Government Communication Division, organized a workshop entitled “Statistical Data Archiving Program.”

The workshop was presented by Mr. Yasir Salah Abduljabbar and was attended by a number of staff members and individuals interested in data management and electronic archiving.

The workshop aimed to introduce the statistical data archiving program and its applications in organizing, storing, and efficiently retrieving information, thereby contributing to the development of administrative processes and enhancing data management efficiency within the educational institution.

It also included a practical demonstration of the program’s features, data entry and archiving procedures, as well as an overview of its key advantages in facilitating access to statistical information and ensuring its protection from loss. The workshop aligns with the requirements of digital transformation and the modernization of institutional work systems.

The workshop was held in the lecture halls of the Department of Production Mechanical Technologies at the Institute.
