Under the directives of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute, Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, and as part of ongoing efforts to develop academic staff and enhance their scientific competencies, Assistant Professor Dr. Duna Tareq Yassin from the Department of Power Mechanics Technologies has successfully completed a series of specialized training courses and obtained accredited certificates of completion issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research via the (eduba) platform.

The training courses covered the following areas: reputable scientific journals, guidelines for writing and publishing review papers, common reasons for research paper rejection and how to overcome them, the concept of the Hirsch Index  and strategies to improve it, the Bologna Process in Iraqi universities, selecting appropriate and credible journals, and writing research papers from a reviewer’s perspective.

This achievement reflects the institute’s continuous commitment to academic development, strengthening research skills, and keeping pace with scientific progress in support of its educational mission.
