Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the Scientific Division of the Institute, in cooperation with the Power Mechanics Technologies Department and the Media and Government Communication Division, organized a training course entitled:

“Application of Matrices in Statistical Decision-Making”

The course was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Ashwaq Talib Abdul Nabi and Assistant Lecturer Sanaa Mohammed Naim. It addressed the importance of matrix applications in data analysis and in making accurate statistical decisions, as well as highlighting the role of modern mathematical methods in supporting scientific and research-oriented work.

Held over three consecutive days in the halls of the Power Mechanics Technologies Department, the course witnessed active participation from attendees. It aimed to develop the scientific skills of students and staff members, enhance knowledge in statistical analysis, and promote the use of mathematical techniques in data processing and decision-making.

This course comes as part of a series of scientific activities regularly organized by the Institute to enhance academic standards and develop the scientific and practical capabilities of participants.
