The workshop, delivered by Dr. Ahmad Abbas Obaid, addressed key issues related to the rights of women in the workplace. It highlighted legal provisions governing leave entitlements, mechanisms for wage determination, and awareness of workplace harassment risks, as well as the legal frameworks in place to prevent and address such incidents.
