The Scientific Division at the Technological Technical Institute organized an educational workshop.

Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the Scientific Division, in cooperation with the Department of Civil Techniques and the Division of Media and Government Communication, organized a workshop entitled:

“Values of Tolerance and Coexistence in the Workplace.”

The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Dr. Haider Abdulhussein Ouda.

The session shed light on the concepts of tolerance and coexistence as fundamental pillars for fostering a healthy and positive work environment. It further emphasized their role in promoting job stability and strengthening professional relationships among employees and various administrative units.

The lecture addressed several key themes, including:

  • The importance of respecting intellectual and cultural diversity within educational institutions.

  • Constructive and professional mechanisms for managing workplace conflicts.

  • The role of dialogue and positive communication in reducing disputes and enhancing organizational harmony.

  • The impact of tolerance values on institutional performance and the achievement of shared objectives.

Held at the Department of Civil Techniques, the workshop witnessed active engagement from attendees, who contributed through questions, discussions, and the examination of real-life cases encountered in the academic work environment. The event concluded with a set of recommendations aimed at reinforcing a culture of coexistence and strengthening team spirit across the Institute’s departments.
