The Technological Technical Institute in Basra is conducting a training course entitled “Smart Buildings.”
Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the Institute’s Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Civil Technologies and the Governmental Media and Communication Division, successfully conducted a three-day training course entitled “Smart Buildings,” delivered by Assistant Lecturer Dr. Haider Abdul-Hussein Ouda.
The course introduced participants to the concept of smart buildings, highlighting their role in improving energy efficiency, enhancing comfort, and ensuring safety within modern structures. It also showcased the latest systems and technologies in the field, emphasizing their practical applications in contemporary engineering projects.
The training program was attended by faculty members, staff, and students, reflecting the Institute’s ongoing commitment to fostering professional development and equipping participants with the skills needed to keep pace with rapid technological advancements in engineering.
