Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the Scientific Division, in collaboration with the Media and Government Communication Division, organized a workshop titled “The Role of the Technical Observer in Managing Industrial Operations and the Impact of Knowledge and Scientific Expertise on Practical Success.”

The workshop was delivered by Asst. Lecturer Dr. Najah Laibi Ghali, and addressed the pivotal role played by technical observers within industrial work environments, emphasizing how possessing cognitive skills and scientific expertise enhances performance efficiency and maximizes success in workplace settings.

The workshop also explored ways to develop the capabilities of technical observers and advance their skills to meet the demands of modern industry, in line with the Institute’s mission to support professional development and promote quality in work environments.
