Establishing a women’s empowerment unit at the Basra Technical Institute held an awareness seminar titled “The Importance of Environmental Conservation and Emission Reduction” on Monday morning, December 11, 2023, in the former Studies Hall No. 1. Dr. Ali Fakhir Habib, a lecturer in the Mechanical Technologies Department, attended the seminar a number of affiliates. The aim of the seminar was to raise health awareness and emphasize the importance of cleanliness, as well as the efficient use of water and electricity.
