Vision

Providing engineering education and training to prepare mid-level technical personnel, supplying state institutions, the private sector, and joint ventures with practical cadres to elevate the service sector in the governorate. Additionally, enriching them with professional ethics lectures and communication skills to interact with all segments of society, as it is a profession that directly impacts the lives of all citizens.

Mission

Advancing the specialization of building and construction in technical education to the highest quality standards by keeping pace with the ongoing developments in the utilization of modern construction materials, and by actively responding to the development of academic curricula to enhance the scientific rigor of technical education.

Objectives

  1. 1 Preparing qualified technical personnel capable of executing various civil works components using modern construction materials while conducting laboratory and field tests.
  2. 2 Qualifying technical cadres to participate in the execution of engineering drawings, blueprints, and land surveys.
  3. 3 Training personnel in quantity surveying, estimation, and site measurements for civil engineering projects.
