Under the patronage of the Dean of Basra Engineering Polytechnic College, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the College’s Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit, in collaboration with the Department of Surveying Engineering Techniques and the Media and Government Communication Division, held a workshop entitled “How to Enhance Students’ Academic Development.”

The workshop was held in the halls of the Department of Surveying Engineering Techniques and was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Luay Muzahim Abdul Karim. It witnessed broad participation from College staff members and students.

The workshop addressed several key areas aimed at advancing the educational process, including updating curricula to meet labor market needs, supporting scientific research and innovation, promoting digital transformation and smart platforms, enhancing student services and academic partnerships, and implementing educational quality standards and academic accreditation requirements.
