Technological Technical Institute in Basra Holds a Workshop on Maximizing Summer Break Productivity and Developing Impactful Skills
Under the patronage of Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Industries Technologies and the Media and Government Communication Division, organized a training workshop entitled “Your Vacation: Energy and Achievement… Your Skills Make a Difference.”
The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Intisar Yaqoob Yousif and held in the halls of the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Industries Technologies.
The session highlighted the importance of effectively utilizing the summer break to develop personal and academic skills and to make constructive use of time in ways that enhance students’ capabilities and better prepare them for the labor market. It also encouraged participants to gain practical experience by engaging in training courses and volunteer activities.
Furthermore, the workshop addressed key topics related to future goal setting, the development of technical and communication skills, and the importance of continuous learning in building a successful academic and professional profile. It emphasized the role of young people in serving society and contributing to a more distinguished and sustainable future.
