Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute, Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the Scientific Division of the institute, in collaboration with the Department of Civil Technologies and the Media and Government Communication Division, organized a seminar entitled “Project Management” at the Hall of the Department of Civil Technologies.

The seminar, delivered by Assistant Lecturer Murtadha Imad Abdullah, highlighted the concept of project management and its significance in accomplishing engineering and executive works in accordance with modern scientific principles. It also reviewed the key stages of planning, organization, and monitoring, as well as the mechanisms of time, cost, and quality management to achieve optimal outcomes in engineering and service projects.

The seminar witnessed active engagement from attendees through discussions and inquiries, which enriched both the theoretical and practical aspects of the session.
