The Institute of Technology in Basra organized a volunteer visit to the “Al-Anjum Al-Zahira” Center in Al-Zubair District, affiliated with the Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation.
The visit aimed to promote a spirit of volunteerism among students, reinforce the values of social and humanitarian solidarity, and provide moral support to the beneficiaries of the Foundation’s services. The activity included the implementation of several humanitarian initiatives and kind gestures, reflecting the institution’s commitment to active engagement in community service.
The organizers emphasized the importance of sustaining such activities, as they contribute to shaping students’ personalities and developing their sense of social responsibility, noting that volunteer work represents a fundamental pillar in strengthening human relations and serving the community.
