Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the Scientific Division of the Institute, in cooperation with the Department of Civil Technologies and the Media and Government Communication Division, organized a training course entitled:
“Using AutoCAD in Drawing.”

The course aimed to develop the skills of students and participants in AutoCAD and enhance their capabilities in engineering drawing and computer-aided design, in line with the requirements of the labor market and recent technological developments.

The course was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Mais Salam Aakul, who presented the fundamentals of the program and demonstrated how to effectively utilize its various tools to produce accurate and professional engineering drawings. The training also included practical applications designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of the concepts.

This course is part of a series of scientific activities organized by the Institute to enhance both the academic and practical levels of its students and to prepare them to keep pace with developments in engineering and technical fields.

The course was held in the Department of Civil Technologies and lasted for three days, witnessing strong engagement and positive interaction from the participants.
