The Institute Holds a Discussion Session Entitled “Conscious Female Leadership Drives Excellence and Pioneering Achievement”
Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, and as part of the second day of the Entrepreneurship and Creativity Week 2025 activities, the Institute organized a discussion session entitled “Conscious Female Leadership Drives Excellence and Pioneering Achievement.”
The session was presented by Mrs. Shafaq Qasim Radi, Head of the Information Technology Division at the Institute.
The session addressed the concept of conscious female leadership and its role in enhancing the institutional work environment, empowering women to create entrepreneurial opportunities, and actively contributing to the development of administrative and technical performance. It also highlighted a number of successful models in the field of female leadership.
The event witnessed notable engagement from faculty members, staff, and students, where participants presented several interventions emphasizing the importance of supporting female leadership and empowering women to achieve sustainable development and build more efficient and innovative institutions.
