Strategic Leadership and Negotiation in a Specialized Event within the National Women’s Plan at the Technological Technical Institute in Basra
The events were attended by the Dean of the Institute, along with several staff members and students. The lectures focused on developing leadership and effective communication skills, as well as enhancing participants’ abilities in dialogue management and conflict resolution using modern scientific approaches.
The sessions were conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdul Jabbar Saleh and Mr. Yousif Mahmoud Salem, who emphasized the importance of these topics in developing leadership qualities and their role within the workplace and educational institutions.
