Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute-Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the Surveying Technologies Department organized a ceremony to honor Dr. Aqeel Mohammed Hammoud on the occasion of concluding his assignment as Head of the Department and assuming his new role as Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.

During the event, the department presented a commemorative gift to the Dean as a gesture of appreciation for his ongoing efforts in supporting academic and administrative development. A token of recognition was also presented to the former Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Mr. Adnan Rikan, in appreciation of his sincere service during his tenure.

This ceremony reflected the spirit of mutual respect and collaboration between the Institute’s leadership and academic departments, and reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to the values of appreciation and continuous dedication within the academic environment.
