The President of Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, and the Dean of Basra Technical Institute of Technology, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, congratulated Dr. Hassan Fouad Abbas on his appointment as Head of the Electronic Technologies Department at the institute.
