The 13th Session of the Council of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra Convened

Chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Dhiya Kammel Shary, Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, and attended by Mr. Murtadha Mohammed Bandar, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, along with the heads of academic departments, the Institute’s Council held its 13th session to discuss a number of important academic and administrative topics.

The session addressed the ongoing preparations for the second-round examinations and the means to ensure a suitable and supportive environment for students. The Council also reviewed the process of updating the Ministry’s student information system (SIS) and staff data system (HR), in alignment with the requirements of digital and administrative development.

Council members discussed mechanisms for completing the requirements of programmatic accreditation for the academic departments, as part of efforts to enhance the quality of education at the Institute.

Additionally, the importance of early preparation for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year was emphasized, including the provision of the necessary material and human resources to ensure a successful and distinguished start.
