Students from Al-Iraq University College – Department of Energy and Renewable Energies

The Department of Energy and Renewable Energies at Al-Iraq University College organized a scientific visit to the Southern Technical University – Technical Technological Institute, under the supervision of the Head of Department, Dr. Kamel Al-Shamma’, and with the participation of a group of students from the department. The visiting delegation was received by Mr. Murtadha Mohammed Bandar, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Assistant Lecturer Kareem Mohammed Hassan, Head of the Workshop Unit, along with a number of faculty and technical staff members at the institute. The visit included a field tour of the laboratories and mechanical workshops unit, where the students were introduced to the available facilities, the adopted practical training methods, and the modern technologies used in applied education.
Dr. Al-Shamma’ expressed his great admiration for the level of organization and progress observed in the workshops, appreciating the expertise of the academic and technical staff. He emphasized the importance of scientific cooperation between educational institutions to exchange knowledge and enhance students’ skills.
