Upon reaching the legal retirement age, Ms. Halima Abdul Zahra, the head of the Incoming and Outgoing Division in the Human Resources Department, was honored in a ceremony held by the Deanship of the Technical Institute in Basra. The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Technical Institute in Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Arkan Yaqub Yusuf, his deputies, and the Head of the Media Department at the university. Ms. Halima was recognized for her efforts during her period of service. The Dean and his deputies delivered speeches praising Ms. Halima for her outstanding services, dedication, and perseverance, acknowledging that she performed her duties with utmost honesty and sincerity, earning a special place in the hearts of her colleagues.
