The ministerial team visited the Basra Technical Institute, accompanied by the President of the Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, and the Dean of the Basra Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Arkan Yaqoub Yusuf.
