Under the supervision of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, Dr. Wathiq Al-Ramadhan, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, under the follow-up of Mrs. Shafaq Qasim Radi, organized an awareness campaign on cleanliness and the importance of maintaining a green and clean campus environment.

The campaign witnessed active participation from the Department of Mechanical Technologies and included the cleaning of the department’s façade, the organization and maintenance of its garden, and the installation of guidance signs promoting cleanliness and environmental awareness. In addition, students from the department distributed awareness posters to their peers across other departments.

This initiative is intended to serve as a model for expanding similar campaigns across all departments of the Institute, reinforcing a culture of environmental responsibility and sustainable campus cleanliness.
