Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Arkan Yaqub, a meeting was held at the Technical Institute, chaired by the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Mr. Mortada Mohammed Bandar. The meeting was attended by Mr. Mohammed Mahdi Ubayd, Head of the Student Activities Department, as well as representatives from the Government Relations and Communication Department, and Mr. Imad Abdul Wahed.

The meeting discussed several important points aimed at enhancing student activities at the institute. It emphasized the necessity of adhering to the instructions and guidelines issued regarding the organization and implementation of activities, with the establishment of an annual plan to ensure the achievement of the desired objectives.
