Under the patronage of the President of Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, the university concluded a Training of Trainers (ToT) course under the \u201cMah\u0101rati\u201d Project, implemented in cooperation with the United Nations Children\u2019s Fund (UNICEF), with the participation of two faculty members from Basra Engineering Polytechnic College:<\/p>\n

  • Dr. Ali Fakher Habib, Head of the University Psychological Counseling Unit.<\/li>\n
  • Engineer Mohammed Mundhir, Head of the Studies and Planning Division at the college.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    At the conclusion of the course, certificates of participation were awarded to the participating faculty members following the completion of the training program, which aimed to strengthen their training capabilities and develop their skills in designing and delivering training programs for students.<\/p>\n

    This course paves the way for the launch of the second phase of the \u201cMah\u0101rati\u201d Project, which aims to develop students\u2019 life skills, leadership abilities, employability skills, entrepreneurship competencies, and digital skills relevant to their academic specializations. These efforts seek to strengthen students\u2019 capabilities, prepare them to meet labor market requirements, and create broader opportunities for their active participation in society.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
