To mark the start of the new academic year 2026\u20132027, the Dean of Basra Engineering Polytechnic College, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, conducted a field visit to a number of the College\u2019s scientific departments to review the progress of the educational process and the ongoing preparations for welcoming students.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

During the visit, the Dean met with students and extended his congratulations to them on the commencement of the new academic year, wishing them a successful and distinguished academic year. He emphasized the importance of regular attendance, active participation in lectures, and making the most of the scientific and practical training resources provided by the College.<\/p>\n

The Dean also inspected the condition of classrooms, laboratories, and scientific facilities, and listened to students\u2019 observations and needs. He directed that appropriate educational conditions be provided to support the enhancement of academic and scientific performance.<\/p>\n

Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary reaffirmed the College administration\u2019s commitment to following up on students\u2019 academic and educational affairs and addressing any challenges they may encounter. He noted that these efforts contribute to a successful academic year and support the College\u2019s mission of preparing qualified technical and engineering professionals capable of meeting the demands of the labour market.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
