Under the patronage and in the presence of the Dean of Basra Engineering Polytechnic College, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the Scientific Division of the College, in cooperation with the Electronic Computing Center at Southern Technical University, organized a training course entitled \u201cUsing the SIS and Examination Committee (Gb) Software.\u201d\u00a0The course aimed to develop the skills of examination committee members and enhance their ability to effectively use the approved electronic systems.<\/p>\n

The course included practical training on the use of both software applications, along with an overview of the key tools and functions that contribute to the effective organization and management of examination procedures. It also addressed potential challenges and technical issues that examination committees may encounter while using the systems, with a focus on practical solutions to facilitate their work.<\/p>\n

The course was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Abdulnasser Abduljabbar Aboud, Director of the Electronic Computing Center at Southern Technical University, and Ms. Doha Jabbar Muhajir. They provided detailed explanations and practical demonstrations that contributed to strengthening the participants\u2019 practical skills.<\/p>\n

The three-day course was held in the College\u2019s Central Conference Hall as part of the College\u2019s commitment to developing the skills of its academic and administrative staff and enhancing the digital performance of examination committees. This initiative is in line with the University\u2019s efforts to promote digital transformation and integrate modern technologies into academic and administrative processes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
