In accordance with the directives of the President of Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, a scientific committee formed by the Presidency of the University visited the academic departments of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra to review the work of the examination committees and monitor the progress of the final examinations for the second semester of the 2025\u20132026 academic year.<\/p>\n
The committee comprised Professor Dr. Waleed Abduljaleel, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs; Professor Dr. Aqeel Yousif Hashim, Director of the Postgraduate Studies Division; and Assistant Professor Dr. Thikra Sabbar Dhahi, Director of the Studies and Planning Division.<\/p>\n
During the visit, the committee reviewed the organizational procedures implemented within the examination halls, the mechanisms adopted for the distribution of examination questions, and the overall conduct of the examinations. The committee also emphasized the importance of adhering to examination regulations and ensuring an appropriate academic environment that supports the successful administration of the examination process.<\/p>\n
At the conclusion of the visit, the committee commended the efforts exerted by the Institute Deanship, examination committees, and academic departments in organizing the final examinations.
