The President of the Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq<\/span><\/span>, conducted a field visit to monitor the university\u2019s tree-planting campaign, which is taking place in the area opposite the celebration square within the university campus, in the presence of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute<\/span><\/span> in Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

During the visit, he reviewed the ongoing progress of the campaign and emphasized the importance of paying greater attention to green spaces and expanding vegetation cover, in order to improve the university environment and enhance its aesthetic appearance in a way that reflects the standing of the academic institution.<\/p>\n

He also stressed the importance of continuing such environmental initiatives, which help raise awareness among students and university staff about the significance of environmental preservation, praising the efforts made by the responsible teams in ensuring the success of the tree-planting campaign.<\/p>\n

The campaign comes as part of a series of activities implemented by the Southern Technical University aimed at developing infrastructure and creating a healthy and sustainable learning environment<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
