The workshop, delivered by Dr. Ahmad Abbas Obaid, addressed key issues related to the rights of women in the workplace. It highlighted legal provisions governing leave entitlements, mechanisms for wage determination, and awareness of workplace harassment risks, as well as the legal frameworks in place to prevent and address such incidents.<\/p>\n

The session witnessed active engagement from attendees, who contributed through questions and discussions that enriched the dialogue and enhanced participants\u2019 legal awareness, positively reflecting on the institutional work environment.<\/p>\n

This event is part of a broader series of activities aimed at supporting and empowering women, promoting legal culture, and fostering a safe and motivating working environment for all members of the institute.<\/p>\n

The workshop was held at the conference hall of the institute, with the attendance of several faculty members, staff, and students.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
