Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra, Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the Institute organized a workshop entitled:<\/p>\n

\u201cBusiness Model Canvas with AI.\u201d<\/p>\n

The workshop was delivered by Consulting Engineer Haider Sarem, a specialist in entrepreneurship and digital transformation.<\/p>\n

The session introduced the concept of the Business Model Canvas and explored mechanisms for developing and optimizing it through artificial intelligence tools and technologies. It highlighted the pivotal role of AI in supporting entrepreneurs and start-ups in market analysis, value proposition design, customer segmentation, and strategic decision-making enhancement.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the lecturer presented a series of practical applications demonstrating how artificial intelligence can be effectively utilized to design more flexible and sustainable business models, aligned with the requirements of digital transformation and the modern labor market.<\/p>\n
