Technical Institute in Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the Scientific Division, in cooperation with the Department of Mechanical Technologies, organized a workshop entitled \u201cTraining the Second Cohort of Leaders.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"557\">The workshop was presented by Lecturer Dr. Ali Fakher and focused on developing leadership skills and
