Lecturer Dr. Najah Laibi Ghali, and addressed the pivotal role played by technical observers within industrial work environments, emphasizing how possessing cognitive skills and scientific expertise enhances performance efficiency and maximizes success in workplace settings.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"1050\">The workshop also explored ways to develop the capabilities of technical observers and advance their skills to meet the demands of modern industry, in line with the Institute\u2019s mission to support professional development and promote quality in work
