{"id":31150,"date":"2025-10-29T10:32:57","date_gmt":"2025-10-29T07:32:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bti.stu.edu.iq\/?p=31150"},"modified":"2025-10-29T10:59:40","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T07:59:40","slug":"strategic-planning-a-step-toward-enhancing-institutional-performance-at-basra-technological-technical-institute","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bti.stu.edu.iq\/en\/31150\/","title":{"rendered":"Strategic Planning: A Step Toward Enhancing Institutional Performance at Basra Technological Technical Institute"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p data-start=\"102\" data-end=\"450\">Under the patronage and presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammil Shary, Dean of Basra Technological Technical Institute, the Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Mechanical Technologies and the Media and Government Communication Division, organized an awareness seminar titled \u201cStrategic Planning.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"452\" data-end=\"925\">The seminar was presented by Ms. Sanaa Hassan Zabon, who discussed the concepts of strategic planning and its importance in improving institutional performance, setting clear future visions that contribute to achieving the institute\u2019s goals, and developing its educational and administrative environment.
