The Technological Technical Institute in Basra Held Its First Session for the Academic Year 2025\/2026, Chaired by the Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The session began with the Dean welcoming the members of the Institute Council and extending congratulations to the new members, including the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Lecturer Dr. Mohammad Hameed Radi; the Head of the Mechanical Technologies Department; the Head of the Chemical and Petroleum Industries Technologies Department; the Head of the Electronics Technologies Department; and the Head of the Surveying Technologies Department.<\/p>\n

During the session, the council discussed several important topics, most notably:<\/p>\n

  1. \n

    The strategic plan of the Technological Technical Institute in Basra and its objectives to develop academic and administrative performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    The plan to enhance cooperation mechanisms with the labor market by updating curricula and organizing joint training courses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Preparations and completion of procedures related to evening studies applications, serving our dear students.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    The agenda concerning the organization of administrative and scientific work for the new academic year.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This session reflects the Institute\u2019s ongoing efforts to elevate institutional performance and develop the technical education environment, in line with the Southern Technical University\u2019s directions and vision to support vocational education and training in Iraq.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
