Prof. Dr. Diaa Kamel Shari, Dean of the Institute of Technology in Basrah, a workshop entitled <em data-start=\"340\" data-end=\"380\">\u201cEmployee Rights and Responsibilities\u201d<\/em> was held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at the institute\u2019s conference hall.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"753\">The workshop was presented by legal expert Mr. Ahmed Al-Zirjawi, who discussed several key topics related to the rights of employees under the Civil Service Law, as well as the responsibilities employees are expected to uphold according to the applicable regulations and administrative instructions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"1232\">The event was attended by Dr. Abdulnasser Abduljabbar, Scientific Assistant, Mr. Murtadha Mohammed Bandar, Administrative and Financial Assistant, along with a number of faculty members and staff.<br data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"954\" \/>The session witnessed active participation and engagement, with attendees raising thoughtful questions and comments regarding legal texts and their real-world application\u2014enriching the discussion and enhancing participants\u2019 awareness of their legal obligations and entitlements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1514\">This workshop is part of a series of academic and cultural activities organized by the Institute of Technology, aimed at developing the skills and capabilities of its staff, while promoting a culture of legal compliance and fostering a professional and efficient work environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><img
