She covered key topics in strategic planning, including the stages of building strategic plans, analysis of the internal and external environment, formulation of vision and mission statements, and setting long-term goals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1255\">The lecture highlighted the importance of strategic planning in educational institutions, emphasizing its vital role in directing resources, achieving efficiency, and raising productivity and future readiness.
