The session covered the fundamentals and mechanisms of pump maintenance, with a focus on periodic inspection and the early detection of potential malfunctions that could affect performance. It also addressed key procedures to maintain pump efficiency across various industrial applications. The seminar was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Marwa Kifah Badr, the department\u2019s rapporteur, who presented both the theoretical and practical aspects of maintenance. She explained how to carry out maintenance effectively to ensure continued pump performance and shared tips on identifying recurring issues and resolving them before they escalate into larger problems.
