The President of the Southern Technical University congratulates the new deans and urges collaborative work<\/strong><\/p>\n

Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, President of the Southern Technical University, congratulated the new deans of the three technical institutes, wishing them continued success and prosperity in their new roles.<\/p>\n

The congratulations included:<\/p>\n

  • Dr. Diaa Kamel Shari, Dean of the Technological Technical Institute<\/li>\n
  • Dr. Firas Jamil, Dean of the Medical Technical Institute<\/li>\n
  • Dr. Iman Askar, Dean of the Administrative Technical Institute<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The President of the University expressed his appreciation for the efforts of Dr. Arkan Yaqub Yusuf, the former Dean of the Technical Institute, for the distinguished services he provided throughout his tenure, praising the accomplishments he made, which had a clear impact on the development of the institute. Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq emphasized that the responsibilities of a dean are vast and crucial, as they are the primary person responsible for the success of the academic institution. He noted that the role includes coordination and planning with all departments of the institute, direct supervision of the work within various departments and units, in addition to enhancing institutional performance quality. He urged the department heads to be diligent in their work, monitor the staff and employees, and work on overcoming the challenges and obstacles that hinder the workflow. He also called on them to support the new dean and take on their responsibilities with dedication and hard work, as this is essential to the success of the mission and the achievement of the goals. He emphasized that the department heads are the cornerstone of the institution’s success.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
